My name is Taline Aznavour-Guevrekian and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY32933). I received my M.A. and Psy.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) and my bachelor degrees in Psychology and Biology from the University of Southern California graduating Cum Laude. After finishing my doctorate program, I completed two years of advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Rose City Center in Pasadena, California. I have worked in a host of community mental health facilities and psychiatric hospitals where I was able to serve adolescents and adults from all walks of life, individually, in groups, couples, and family settings. I take an integrative approach to therapy, using a blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment based, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness theories and interventions.
I speak English, French, and Armenian fluently and strive to provide a suitable framework in which my clients feel comfortable in their language of origin to talk about their thoughts, feelings, memories, experiences, and relationships and regain their psychological well-being and inner peace.
